I just signed up for the conceal weapons permit class at Alpha Red Defense in Lexington, South Carolina. I’m really excited to get started and learn more about gun safety and how to properly handle a firearm and the legal aspect of being a CWP holder. Alpha Red Defense has great reviews and a great reputation in the community. They offer both classroom and live-fire training, as well as private lessons for those who want more personalized attention. They also have special courses for those looking to obtain their concealed carry permit.
The instructors at Alpha Red Defense are all certified and experienced in the realm of firearms safety and handling. I’m confident that I’m in great hands with them and will be well-prepared after completing the course. I’m looking forward to gaining the knowledge and skills I need to be a responsible gun owner and be able to use a firearm safely and effectively.
Starting my 6 year career in the US Air Force, I aimed to protect as a Security Forces member. My passion for weapons training grew heavily as I evolved into a Combat Arms Training Instructor. I gained the experience of training thousands of military and civilian personnel as they prepared for deployment. After receiving an honorable discharge, the passion continued and I obtained my CWP and South Carolina SLED Instructor certification, USCCA and NRA certifications. Over a decade and counting, I strive to continue my education in efforts to perfect weapons safety and home defense.
